To find the assignment guidelines, go to the modules page. Scroll to the week four module. Then click on the Week Four assignment Course Project Milestone two. Based on your accepted Milestone one assignment, you will use the information to identify three teaching areas to improve patient outcomes. You will also determine three ways to evaluate the success of the patients use of the mHealth hap. Be sure to use the template worksheet provided for you for week four, Milestone two. Here is a copy of the course project milestone two template that you will use in this assignment. Please be brief and use bullet points. Bullet points are not full sentences and should be bullet point for each section. In Milestone two. We are preparing this portion of the project for the upcoming assignment in Milestone three, which will be a PowerPoint or poster presentation.
